abilify.. seriously?

so today i'm laying in bed, watching law and order before i go to work. on comes a commercial for something called abilify. the perpetual scams run by the pharmaceutical industry will never cease to amaze me. so this shit.. abilify.. is ANOTHER pill you take, ON TOP of already taking an anti-depressant like prozac or paxil. does fucking NO ONE see the scam in this? are people really the sheep that i generally think they are? apparently so.

NEWSFLASH. depression is a load of shit. EVERYONE gets depressed. you know why? because we are fucking HUMAN BEINGS. getting depressed is in all of us. just like being happy is in all of us. everyone goes through their ups and downs. people were getting just as depressed 20 or 30 years ago, and they weren't classified with a fucking disorder and being prescribed some bullshit pills.

you know how you treated depression back then? YOU SUCKED IT UP LIKE A FUCKING MAN. life sucks sometimes. there are points in my life where i feel like i'm in a 100 foot hole in the ground with no daylight in sight. where shit is just falling down all around me and it seems like there is no way out. but i suck it up and grind it out and work through my problems without having to rely on bullshit anti-depressants. taking pills just numbs people, makes them robotic and it's a fucking pussy way out of a made-up problem. DEPRESSION IS NOT REAL. IT'S A PASSING EMOTION. people need to get their shit together and start realizing that every aspect of human nature is not a disorder that needs pills.
