wonder years.

one christmas, my grandmother thought it would be a good idea to not get me what i wanted for christmas. that was probably some kind of he-man or g.i. joe something or other. whatever. she decided to get me a cabbage patch kid. when i opened the package, apparently i flipped out and punted it like a football across the room. this, in turn, made my grandmother cry and i ruined one of many holidays to come.
