project: folly

i recently had the pleasure of throwing together some posters for the upcoming folly reunion shows. if you don't know who folly is, you can read up on them here.

anyways, their bass player, arben, got in touch with me a month or two ago and told me they needed some tour posters. they wanted a few different designs and would eventually choose two. i just finished up the last design a couple days ago. in total, i sent them 6 different layouts. i tried to give a variety of different styles, because he basically told me to just go nuts and do whatever i wanted to do. they are getting together this week to choose two that will go to print and be available at the shows.

here are the 6 designs, and i'll repost once they decide on their favorites of the bunch. click to enlarge:

office politics.

my company shares a common exit/loading dock area with two other companies. today, one of the guys at my job parked in the loading area for a little while and came out to have this note taped to his car:

i just went outside to smoke a cigarette and saw this taped to one of the other company's door:

i'll show you hell. fucking amazing.
